  • Project Management: Execute multiple project initiatives that engage more than 600 clients including Fortune 500 c-suite level leaders and team members.

​

  • Program Production: Spearheaded the effort to shift from an in-person offering to an immersive virtual experience. Then implemented 4+ online cohort experiences through a video hosting site (Vimeo), a virtual meeting platform (Zoom), and compiled digital workshop materials and PowerPoint decks in an online portal (Google Suite, HubSpot, WordPress).

  • Process Improvement: Drafted weekly and monthly, goal focused timelines in Microsoft Planner and delegated tasks to 4 coworkers and created progress reports for the 3 members of the executive leadership team.

  • Marketing Materials: Developed marketing materials to support the Center’s three main initiatives: community engagement courses, volunteering and changemaking. Achieved through creative and traditional marketing methods (brochures, flyers, posters, and other materials).

  • Student Management: Supervised 2 student employees that focused on marketing, donations and execution for a mobile food shelf program that provided twenty-five pounds of groceries a month to students and community members (Tommie Shelf).

​

  • Program Support: Assisted 15+ professors in selecting a designation (Community-Engaged or Changemaker) for their courses as well as providing financial and administrative support throughout the semester.

  • Event Coordination: Led the successful planning of a variety of multi-level events including a Homecoming Tailgate for 400 friends and alumni of CEHD through maintaining registrations, tracking budget, securing vendors, venues, and volunteers.

  • Volunteer Engagement: Provided leadership to 26 Alumni Society Board volunteers by recording of volunteer contributions, developing social media marketing and general assistance with the logistics and execution of 6 annual events.

​

  • Scholarship and Award Processing: Prepared documentation and corresponded via email with applicants for each year’s award selection process for 10+ student scholarships and alumni awards.
